        Many people think that it is enough to stick to their mother tongue, but actually learning a new language has several advantages for people's lives. First, people can read books and watch movies without a translation. Sometimes the translated book differs from the original one because some expression cannot be translated from one language to another. Therefore, they can enjoy and read the original book without any changes in the meaning. Another advantage is that they can travel abroad and visit many places without being worried about searching for a translator. For example, when people travel to another country where they do not know its language, they might lose their way and get into trouble. Moreover, if they can understand their language, they can read and understand the directions without waiting for someone's help. Finally, and the most important advantage is that people's knowledge increase. Because people are communicating with other people from around the world, they get diverse information that can be useful for them. They will know what is happening in the world which make them more knowledgeable, as a result. All in all, learning a new language can be beneficial and valuable for people,but they do not realize that.
