Although many people do not like going to the gym, there are three
reasons why people should do so. The first and most important reason is that
going to the gym helps them lose weight. In the gym, they do many exercises
such as swimming and dancing which help in losing weight. As a result, they
become fit and flexible. The second reason is that going to the gym helps
people avoid diseases. Many people suffer from diseases such as heart attacks
and diabetes because they do not do exercise. If people join the gym and do
exercise, they will have a healthy lifestyle. In addition to losing weight and
avoiding diseases, people will be able to avoid depression if they go to the
gym. Similarly, joining a gym changes people`s mood. According to research,
doing exercise protects people from depression and makes them think positively.
To sum up, people join the gym to lose weight, avoid
diseases, and prevent
depression.
