There are three significant reasons that
lead people to join the gym. Firstly, the
gym is a great place to socialize and meet
a new friend. For example, people who
have the same aims and goals can stimulate
and encourage each other. Moreover, if
someone does any workout in a wrong way,
people around him can give tips and
training techniques to help him. Improving
a person's mood is another reason that
makes people join the gym. Studies have
shown that people who workout in a gym
have a lower risk of depression than people
who workout at home. Also, when people
start exercising, they will think more
positively on their objective, so it helps them to
get over the anxiety. Finally yet
importantly, going to the gym has huge health
benefits. It reduces the chance of having a
heart disease such as heart failure and heart
attack. Besides, it makes the body use the insulin
much better. As a result, it helps
those who have diabetes. In conclusion, the
positive impact on people's health, mental
state, and socialization are all the
reasons that push people to join the gym.
