  Going to a gym is not only for fun, but also affects people in three different aspects. The first and most important aspect would be maintaining a healthy body. Some may want to build muscles, tone their bodies, or just want to have a healthy lifestyle. Also they do not have to worry about doing it in a wrong way or hurting themselves. Moreover, joining a gym influences the mood positively. For example, if someone is in a very bad and depressing mood, exercising will change his mood positively. Some sports such as punching takes out all of the negative energy and replaces it with positive energy. Resulting in a more relaxed and calm mood afterwards. Last but not least, heading to a gym helps people in developing their social life. For sure the gym is full of people, so they will be able to find others that are of the same interests. Knowing more people broadens the circle of their knowledge, learn how to deal with different personalities, and spend fun times together. To sum up, going to a gym has many benefits such as maintaining a healthy body, boosting the mood, and forming a bond with other members.
