     There are three beneficial reasons why people should pay thousands to join a gym and exercise habitually. First and most importantly, joining a gym is beneficial because exercising can affect moods and emotions. For example, lots of people choose the gym to be their first destination when they feel down. Moreover, research shows that people who attend a gym from 3-5 times a week have a positive attitude. Secondly, when people take part in a gym, they will improve their general health. People who exercise continuously are less likely to have depression(a severe mental disorder). In addition, doctors say that people who exercise along their lifetime are healthier, and they have fewer problems walking up stairs or climbing hills. The last reason why joining a gym is beneficial, helpful, and advantageous is that people of all ages can achieve goals there. For instance, some bodybuilders join a gym to lose 7-10 kg. On the other hand, people want to gain weight and fat. Also, powerlifters who want to get in shape. To sum up, joining a gym is never a loss and has many benefits such as improving moods, health, and body.
