Why Do people join a gym?

There are three main reasons that show why people join a gym. First of all, the most famous reason for joining a gym is the body shape. For example, many people go to the gym to gain weight in a healthy way although others want to lose a lot of weight. Moreover, some of them exercise every day at the gym to stay in shape. A second reason to join a gym is socializing with people. In addition, the gym might be a perfect place to make new friends. Also, some people can team up with a partner at the gym, and they can work out together to keep them self-motivated. Finally, the most important reason for joining a gym is to improve health. Furthermore, exercising helps to manage lots of health issues such as high blood pressure, strokes, and many types of cancer. As a result, people who exercise at the gym may live longer life. In conclusion, getting a body shape, healthy life style, and socializing with others are essential
