Although lots of
people follow desires and bad health choices, a healthy lifestyle has three
positive effects on people's life. First, a person with a healthy
lifestyle is a person with good mental health too. Researchers have shown that
when people follow a healthy lifestyle, they are less likely to suffer from
mental disorders such as depression and anxiety. Also, when elderly people eat
well and exercise, they start to avoid Alzheimer's disease. People’s emotions
are affected by following a healthy lifestyle. Doctors have noticed that a
healthy lifestyle can lead people to be emotionally stable. Moreover, because
of a healthy lifestyle, people are optimistic and have a positive attitude.
Therefore, people can deal easily with life difficulties and troubles.Finally,
the major effect of a healthy lifestyle is a healthy body and good physical
health. When people drink enough water, eat fresh organic food, and exercise
habitually, their muscles become stronger and thicker. Consequently, their
bodies are hydrated ,and they can work harder and longer than ever. In
conclusion, a healthy lifestyle has a huge positive effect on on people’s
mental health, emotions, and physical health.
