                                                  Why at Gym Not at Home?

            People have three different reasons to join a gym. In the beginning, the common reason

that make people  consider going to the gym is to improve their physical health. For example,

 exercising regularly helps them to lose weight. Also, exercise can reduce the risk of illnesses

 such as heart and lung disease, cancer, and obesity. Next, many people prefer to go to the sport

 club to spend their free time. To illustrate, when they go to the gym, they do many exercises in

 their free time in a good way instead of wasting time, energy, and youth in a bad way.

 Moreover, going to the gym is a way to meet new people and make some relationships when

 they have a free time. Lastly, a lot of people go to the sport club because they don’t have

 sports equipment. To illustrate, the sport club offers a lot of tools and machines that benefit

 them in so many different ways. In addition, there are dancing and yoga classes in the gym, and

 they are provided with sport equipment that people can’t have at home. It is clear that there are

 many different reasons to join a sport club such as improving physical health, spending free time

 in a great way, and using sport equipment.
