      A healthy lifestyle including nutritious food, physical exercise, and preventive healthcare provides abundant positive effects. To begin with,  healthy lifestyle leads  to reduce the risk of chronic conditions.Following general good health guidelines such as not smoking, getting adequate sleep, exercising can keep the immune system to be strong and healthy. Also, it contributes directly by enhancing circulation, which allows the cells of the immune system to move through the body freely and do their job properly. Second, daily lifestyle and skin health are definitely related. For example, People who smoke repeatedly may look older than they are. Smokers appear pale because smoking deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients. Thus, healthy-living  keeps the skin young. Finally, healthy routine impacts energy. For instance, soccer players sometimes play the entire 45 minutes, so they need much energy to complete the game. As a result of their needs, they choose to eat healthy food and do more exercises to stay fit all the time. A healthy diet combined with exercising can really make a difference in how they feel during the day. It is clear that a healthy lifestyle can change individuals' lives; therefore, nutritionists recommend people to follow a healthy lifestyle to decrease diseases, skin problems, and fatigue.
