While some employees are running in the morning to arrive at the office, you are relaxed and focused. The second instruction is to be ready to learn. You should to attend workshops that related to the quality of your job as much as you can. These workshops will increase your productivity and develop your business skills. Next, Be the solution provider, not the problem creator. It is easy to run away from problems, but the excellent employee solves problems. Your boss will remember that you helped him to deal with the company's problems, so You will definitely get the promotion. The last and most important instruction to achieve your goal is that you must to believe in yourself and your ability to be successful in your job.
