       Generally, companies look for employees who speak two languages or more; therefore, learning a new language has enormous advantages. The first and the most important advantage is that learning a new language improves the communication skills which is important for the company. As a result of learning a new language, employees can communicate with people from different countries to sell their company's products. Besides, they can create a strong relationship between the company and the costumers if they speak their language. Furthermore, learning a foreign language helps to improve the memory. Learning a new language trains their memory to make it works better. Researchers found that multilingual people are more quick in remembering names, directions, facts, and figures faster than those who speak one language. Finally, learning a new language enhances people's decision-making skills. As a result of the  difference of the exact  meanings of words in different languages, their decision-making skill has become better. In addition, people who speak multiple languages can give their companies excellent recommendations to achieve company's goals and avoid problems. All in all, learning a foreign language improves several skills such as communication, memory, and decision-making.
