Teenagers Lifestyle || by: Safiah Almitairi (B5)



       In this easy would, many negative causes lead teenagers to have an unhealthy lifestyle. First, the

primary cause of unhealthy lifestyle is bad management sleeping. Because of spending many time at 

night in watching movies, chatting with friends, and playing video games, some youngsters usually 

suffer from headaches. Since some young people have a lot of homeworks or part-time jobs, their 

sleeping time will change in a bad way. Second, because some teenagers are busy, they use modern 

conveniences that can cause lack of exercise. Scientific studies have shown that using the elevator 

instead of stairs lead many youngsters to health problems such as obesity. As many youngsters are 

busy in studying, and working in part-time jobs, they do not have time to go to the gym. Finally, as a 

result of spread fast food restaurants, many teenagers eat unhealthy food. Young people who are busy 

prefer fast food restaurants instead of cooking healthy meals. Moreover, fast food restaurants are 

cheaper than other restaurants, so young people tend to go for this type of food. In conclusion, if 

youngsters still having the same unhealthy lifestyle, they will suffer from serious health problems in 

the future, so they should start considering to follow a balanced healthy lifestyle.
