    Although many people around the world have healthy lifestyle, others still have unhealthy one due to three important causes. First of all, because many people do not exercise regularly, they will have an unhealthy lifestyle. Researchers show that lack of exercising leads to increase the chance of having diabetes and blood pressure disease. Therefore, people who do not exercise and spend their time on sleeping, playing video games or other things are more likely to have health problems in their lives. The second cause of unhealthy lifestyle is poor diet. Many people prefer to eat junk food and drink soft drinks. As a result, they will have many health problems because they do not give their bodies enough amount of vitamins and minerals. Finally, having stressful life is the major cause of unhealthy lifestyle. Some people skip important meals every day and do not get enough sleep because of stress. In addition, stress has negative effects on people's feelings that lead to affect their health negatively. To sum up, people who have unhealthy lifestyle do not exercise regularly, have poor diet and have stressful life, so they should change these things wisely to have healthy lifestyle.
