    Technology is the most precious gift in the 21 st century due to the fact that nearly everything nowadays can not function without it. Although technology plays a major rule in our lives, some people still do not know how it affects us. Firstly, technology has affected the field of science in a huge positive way. For example, if it was not for technology, no one could have gone to space or the moon. Therefore, our knowledge of space would have been super limited. Also, with the help of technology scientists are discovering and inventing things that can help save our dying planet such as electric cars, biodegradable bags, and eco-friendly houses. Technology also affects life by making it much more easier. To illustrate, people in the past used to carry heavy books to school which could lead to back pain, but now everything is on a light weight tablet that can contain hundreds of books. To end with, technology effected the way we communicate in the best way possible. People nowadays can be thousands feet apart, but can still see and talk to each other in a touch of a button by using their laptops, tablets, or even phones. Additionally, people with accessibilities can easily communicate with others. For example, it is hard for deaf people to communicate with others especially when it is not in person; however, now with advanced technology there are apps that can translate sign language to spoken language or the other way around in a matter of seconds. To conclude, although technology affects us in three major ways. It is expected that it will keep on evolving in the future, and it will affect us in more positive ways.
