In today's world, joining the gym has become trendy. There are three main reasons why
people should join the gym. The First reason is that going to the gym helps a lot of people to lose weight, so they become more confident about their bodies. In the gym, there is a ”couch” who can help these fat people improve and be more healthy. Moreover, when they join the gym, they will eat healthy food and avoid unhealthy food. Secondly, going to the gym and meeting new people can decrease stress and bad mood. When people join the gym, they just think about themselves and don't think about anything that upset them. In addition, a lot of studies show that exercising and meeting new people can improve a person’s mood, so he feel better. The third reason is that joining the gym and doing exercises daily can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases. People who are sitting for long periods of time are more likely to have many problems. Some of these problems such as strokes, cancer, diabetes, and heart diseases are so dangerous to human’s body. In conclusion, going to the gym is the best way to increase mood, positivity, and stay fit and healthy.
