     People nowadays acquire an unhealthy lifestyle because of these three serious causes. The first and most impactful cause is eating junk food. Because of people's busy lives, eating unhealthy is a quick and easy choice instead of preparing a healthy meal. In addition, junk food’s taste is better than healthy. It tastes more delicious because it usually has more salt, sugar, and flavors. Excessive eating of it can lead to significant health problems such as Blood Pressure and heart disease, as a result. Moreover, people's reliance on technology grows up. They rely on it to save a lot of time. Due to the ease of using it, people depend on technology to communicate and order food without leaving their chairs or doing any effort. Finally, lack of physical activity and exercising are a huge cause of unhealthy lifestyles. As a result of the ignorance of the importance of sports, people do not realize sport’s value in someone's life. They prefer the easiest way, so they choose ways that need less effort such as chatting instead of meeting people. To sum up, eating unhealthy food, depending a lot on technology, and do not exercise can lead  people to acquire unhealthy habits. To avoid health problems that cause unhealthy habits, people should eat healthy food more, limit their time in using technology, and exercise more.
