Although most people join a gym to be healthy, others join it for three different reasons. First of all, some people join a gym for meeting new people. The gym is one of the places where people can meet each other and make strong relationships. People find that joining a gym is an excellent opportunity to meet different people and have a powerful friendship. They can play sport together, share their ideas and talk about general topics when they are at the gym. The second reason for joining a gym is having an enjoyable time. The gym can be a good place for enjoying and relaxing after a long day of hardworking. Many people believe that sport and meeting people at the gym have an effective role in reducingstress and enjoying their time, so they decide to join it to have an enjoyable time. Finally, the most common reason is trying new things at the gym. There are several activities at the gym that people can try them for the first time. For example, some people never try to swim or do not know how to do it. They join the gym because they want to try swimming for the first time. To sum up, joining a gym to improve health can be the typical reason, but there are several reasons to join it such as meeting new people, having an enjoyable time and trying new things.
