A healthy lifestyle is the foundation of a great life, which has three positive effects in people life. The most important effect of a healthy lifestyle is that it reduces the chance of getting serious diseases. Some researchers said that if people eat tomatoes everyday, this habit will decrease the chances of getting cancer. On the other hand, when people eat junk food more than three times a week, they might have diabetes in the future. A long with mental health, a healthy lifestyle leads to improve people's mood. For example, by going to the gym, people will release all the negative energy. Consequently, the potential risk of having depression will decrease. Finally, eating healthy food and exercising is a good method for weight control. To illustrate, by eating balanced portions and nutrient meals, the body's requirement of nutritions will be fulfilled. Furthermore, those balanced food normally have an appropriate amount of calories, thus, manages the calories in take which maintain a proper weight. To sum up, if people follow a healthy lifestyle, their body's will be better than now because a healthy lifestyle has three positive effects such as reducing the possibilities of getting sick, enhancing mental state, and regulating people weight.
