           Although many people think that having a healthy lifestyle is unnecessary, it in fact has three positive effects on people’s lives. First, the most obvious effect is that a healthy lifestyle gives people healthy bodies. For example, when people do exercise regularly, they will have strong bodies with more energy to continue the daily work. Healthy people, as a result, will decrease their chances of having common disease such as obesity and diabetes because they have strong and healthy bodies. Next, having a healthy good mood is one of the secrets of a healthy lifestyle. People who sleep late with less hours of sleeping will not be comfortable as people who sleep early. Moreover, studies have shown that people feel more relaxed and happier after they exercise. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle clearly will impact people’s mood. Lastly, having a healthy lifestyle improve brain function. Eating a healthy food increase mental ability due to the important minerals that the brain needs. For example, if student eat healthy food, they will see the difference because they will take less time in studying. Also, they will be more focus, and they will remember information quickly. Thus, People who eat healthy food have strong memory more than others. To sum up, having a healthy life is time will change people's lives physically, emotionally, and mentally in a positive way, so they should consider these effects if they want to have a good quality of life.
