The spread of a healthy lifestyle concept between people led to three positive effects
on physical, mental, and emotional health. First of all, following a healthy lifestyle leads to
physical health improvements. For example, healthy lifestyle strengthens the immune
system. Consequently, it protects and prevents the body from many diseases such as
diabetes, high blood pressure, and stroke. Furthermore, when it comes to appearance,
healthy habits help to control weight. Healthy lifestyle makes the skin and hair healthier, too.
Secondly, due to a healthy lifestyle, healthy habits affect the mental abilities in a great way.
Eating healthy food, exercising regularly, and sleeping well, will improve the mental skills.
Thus, the brain will be able to concentrate and focus more. To illustrate, one study showed
that a healthy lifestyle helps the two hemispheres of the brain. It enhances the left side which
is responsible for logic and analysis. Also, it increases the right-brain functions such as the
creativity and imagination, and that leads to mental health improvements. The last and most
important effect is that a healthy lifestyle improves the mood. As a result of living a healthy
lifestyle, it will boost the energy levels, so it can reduce stress and anxiety. All of this helps to
improve the mood. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle helps in boosting the feeling of relaxation
and confidence. It is clear that a healthy lifestyle has amazing and great effects, so everyone
.should start to follow a healthy lifestyle because of all these outcomes
