      Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has several effects which help people improve their lives positively. The most important effect is that maintaining a healthy lifestyle strengths people’s immune system which will protect them from serious diseases. An example of these diseases are kidney disease, and heart attacks. Secondly, choosing healthy food that has fewer calories can make people lose weight. In addition, eating fresh produce helps people to get silkier hair and makes their skin smoother. Consequently, that improve people’s appearance, and they will be prettier and appealing. Finally, following a healthy lifestyle impacts mental health in a positive way. A healthy lifestyle helps people to think deeply and positively, and they will be able to choose the right decision. Thus, that increases the feeling of happiness and comfort. In conclusion, a healthy lifestyle protects from disease, improve their appearance, and helps people to improve mental health, so people should maintain a healthy lifestyle for a better life.
