On the contrary, consuming healthy and organic food with regular exercise can prevent all these diseases and even more enhancing the immune system to fight unknown diseases. All in all, a healthy lifestyle has various positive effects which make many doctors recommend people to start a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid and be able to fight dangerous illnesses that our modern medicine has not discovered yet.
