There are numerous causes of unhealthy lifestyle which a lot of people follow that could
eventually harm their health. The first cause is poor sleeping. For example, not getting
enough of sleep because of studying, and iregular bedtime habits, and working affect people's
health. An occasional night without sleep make people feel tired end irritable the next day.
Second, unhealthy eating habit can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. Some people especially
teenagers and young adult skip meals due to work or school. Others eat a lot of junk food that is
high in sodium and fat. As a result, they gain a lot of weight. Lastly, another cause of unhealthy
lifestyle is lack of physical exercise. Lack of exercise is a major reason for the growing rate of obesity
among children. For instance, teenagers spend most of their time in front of the television, playing
computer games or on mobile with their friends. Lack of interest in activities after school or college
and lack of physical activities are the causes of unhealthy lifestyle, so people who want to have a
.better and healthy lifestyle should consider making changes to these bad habits
