If there is a group of people who follow a healthy lifestyle, I would tell
them that they are keeping their lives safe and on the right track. There
are three major effects of healthy lifestyle on people. The most obvious
effect is that a healthy lifestyle prevents people from suffering from
serious diseases such as diabetes and heart attacks. Several studies
showed that out of 4 individuals whose lifestyle was healthy, 3 were
protected from cardiovascular diseases due to their strong immunity
system. Healthy lifestyle has much to do with people’s mind, as it has
with their physical fitness. People who follow healthy lifestyle will have
developed strong bodies, strong muscles, and a healthy body shape.
There is a study shows that 30% of people who follow this pattern of a
healthy lifestyle have higher marks than their classmates due to their
strong mental skills. Finally, the third effect is that people who follow
healthy lifestyle will have successful careers. There is a group of
workers who say that they feel more comfortable with it, and they are
able to do their assignments much better than before. Also, they are
acceptable to do more tasks because they do not feel tiered. On the
other hand, when they are not follow this manner of a healthy lifestyle,
they feel tiered, and they want to sleep every single day at work. As a
result, they do not want to do their assignments whether its their duty or
just an extra work. In conclusion, appropriate healthy lifestyle has many
significant impacts on human beings, including their mental and physical
as well as their performance at work.
Adopting healthy habits results numerous benefits, both for ourselves
.and the society we live in
