Even though following a healthy lifestyle is difficult, it has three positive effects. The most obvious effect is having a healthy body which is the result of regular exercise and improved diet. Fat that enters the body is reduced which will prevent them from becoming overweight. Therefore, their chances of maintaining a fit body is significantly increased. Due to their healthy and active life, individuals’ positive energy will grow. Depression, bipolar disorders, and dystonia disorders are examples of disorders that reduce the positive energy; however, scientists found a solution for these disorders. Studies showed that individuals who follow a healthy lifestyle have 0.78% fewer chances of having these disorders. Finally, the ability of thinking will be improved due to the this lifestyle. Since a healthy lifestyle helps to generate new cells in the brain, individuals' memory and attention will grow. Thus, they will be think critically and quicker. To conclude, individuals should consider following a healthy lifestyle because it helps you maintain fit body shape, reduces the negative energy, and increases thinking ability.
