Although most
people hate going to the gym, the rest of them like going to the gym for
several reasons. The first reason is that gym makes people happier. For
example, people who go to the gym and do some exercises are more active and
joyful than those who stay in their houses. Moreover, doing exercises reliefs
stress and mood changes, and many people see this effect among themselves.
Another reason is that going to the gym makes people's bodies fit. When
people's bodies become fit and in perfect shape, they will become more
confident and optimistic. As a result, they can wear whatever they want, and it
will fit perfectly on their bodies. Next, their bodies will be healthier. To
illustrate, researchers said that going to the gym makes people live longer
with a good health. Furthermore, if people suffer from some problems in their
bodies such as flat feet, knee pains and back pains, there is no effective
solution like joining a gym, so they will see good differences with their
pains. Last but not least, joining a gym will make people build new
relationships. It feels so good when people communicate with others by doing
sports with a partner or a group of people to get rid of boring feelings.
Besides, they can learn from them and help each other if it needs. In
conclusion, people join gyms for many reasons such as feeling good, becoming
fit, having a good health and communicating with others.
