Why are fast food restaurants becoming more popular nowadays? They are
becoming popular due to three major causes such as widespread locations, low
cost, and time efficiency. The first and most obvious cause is that fast food
restaurants are found everywhere. For example, McDonald’s can be found twice in
one district. As a result, there is a high chance of passing by a fast food restaurant
while driving back home after a long day. Another cause that leads to the
popularity of fast food chains is the low cost. Because fast food restaurants cost
cheaper than other options, people lean to eat at a fast food restaurant more often.
For instance, buying three meals at a fast food restaurant is equivalent to one
proper meal. Finally, fast food chains prepare food fast and efficiently. Since many
people do not have the time to prepare meals at home, they end up buying fast
food instead. Consequently, this adds to the increasing popularity of fast food
chains. In brief, widespread locations, low cost, and time efficiency has a powerful
.impact on fast food chain’s popularity that will continue to be in the future
