In order to avoid getting distracted during crisis, follow these crucial steps to deal with stressful situations correctly. First, take your time to understand the situation. Relax and do not rush because you may do things without thinking about the consequences, and you will regret doing them at the end. If you understand the situation, you will find a way to act properly. Second, avoid regretting your previous actions. If you regret your actions during the situation, you will never find a way to solve the problem. Think about the present moment and look for other choices and solutions. Third, ask a friend to guide you with your problem. Asking a friend calms you down and makes you think about his suggestions. Ask him to give you different solutions, so you can choose the best for your problem. Fourth, think positively towards the situation. Calm yourself down and do not think about the  bad results. When you think positively your ideas get organized in your mind, and your brain will automatically look for solutions. Finally, stat away from negative people. Always try to avoid sitting with negative people even if they are your friends. Negative people spread negative energy which can affect you during the situation. All in all, if you follow these fundamental steps, you will deal with your stressful situations in a right way.
