Fast food restaurants have become popular recently due to three causes. 

The most important cause is that people are addicted to fast food. For example, studies have shown that when people eat fast food, their brain releases the dopamine hormone that makes them happy. In addition, it offers a variety of delicious food items that make them want to consume more.The second cause of the popularity of fast food restaurants is that is available for people to access them easily. These restaurants are built on the main streets, neighborhoods, airports, and other public places. As a result, they allow easy access to their consumers.Food applications add to the popularity of fast food restaurants as well. For instance, research has shown that fast food restaurants income has increased more than double due to food applications. Besides, university students or people who have jobs can always order fast food from the apps with just a single click from their mobile phones.To conclude, causes like addiction, availability, and food applications are what made fast food restaurants popular. In my opinion, because of these causes, fast food restaurants will be even more popular in the future.
