Nowadays the popularity of fast-food restaurants is becoming global, due to three
main causes. The most obvious cause is the cheap prices of the meals. Therefore, people
prefer to spend their money on fast food restaurants comparing with healthy restaurants. For
example, one meal includes a burger, Coca-Cola, and french fries costs 27SR. On the other
hand, one meal in Macros restaurant costs over than75SR. As a result, people with different
financial levels can afford the money for these restaurants. Another cause of the popularity
of the fast food restaurants is its availability. Because of their twenty-four hours service for
the customers, their convenient locations in every corner in the streets, and their delivery
service, they become the easiest choice for people. For instance, people with occupied life
such as employees or students prefer to buy from these restaurants instead of preparing
food or being on a fine dining restaurants’ waiting list. The last cause is the International
unified food flavor. Although they have verity kinds of food in their menus, the food flavor is
the same around the world in all countries. For example, a cheeseburger from McDonald in
Saudi Arabia tastes the same as in New York. Consequently, people choice these
restaurants because they are familiar with the taste, and they avoid going through a new
experience with food. In conclusion, even though their cheap prices, their availability, and
their unified flavor, people should consider the risks and the effects of choosing this kind of
