Nowadays, a person can find fast food restaurants everywhere and that is due to three major      

causes. First of all, affordability is a primary reason for why fast food is popular. Because fast food is way cheaper than any fine-dining restaurants, people tend to get more of it. To illustrate, if a person wants to get a meal that fills him up, he can get it from Mcdonalds for less than 40 riyals. On the other hands, if this person goes to a fine-dining restaurant, it would cost him almost 100 riyals. Moreover, fast food is well-known because of its convenience. Because of today’s busy world, most people can’t find time to cook for themselves. Thus, these people end up with buying fast food. With today’s modern technology, there are numerous applications such as Marsool and Hunger Station that can get a person’s food to his doorsteps in no time. Lastly, using advertisements leads to the popularity of fast food restaurants. A person can find advertisements everywhere whether it is in newspaper, magazines, television, and even in social media platforms. The reason behind this is that a study has shown that the repetitive exposure to these advertisements has a great effect a person’s subconscious mind. Consequently, a person would start to have the urge of buying fast food. In addition, due to the great power of persuasion of social media influencers have on consumers, fast food restaurants owners tend to collaborate with these influencers to make advertisements. In short, affordability, convenience, and advertisements are the main causes that will make fast food restaurants more popular in the future. Nevertheless, people should not only eat fast food, but they  should balance their diets and try home-cooked food as an alternative
