People who live an unhealthy lifestyle are not aware of the three major positive effects of living a healthy lifestyle. First of all, a healthy lifestyle improves people's moods. Due to eating a healthy diet as well as exercising, people can feel better and more relaxed. Consequently, that will help them to be happier and more energetic in their lives and in their daily activities. The second important effect is that living a healthful lifestyle reduces the risk of certain diseases. Regular physical activity and a proper diet lessen the risk of developing several health conditions, such as heart diseases, kidney diseases, and cancers. As a result, with healthy habits, people will not suffer from illnesses that come from unhealthy food and lack of physical exercise, so they may live longer than others. Lastly, people’s possibility to control their weight is associated with living a healthy lifestyle. Eating a balanced, calorie-managed diet and exercising regularly lead to control weight easily. Thus, that will help people to avoid excess weight gain. In conclusion, people can improve their mood, reduce the risk of certain diseases, and control their weight by living a healthful lifestyle, so it is obvious that in the future most people will continue living a healthy lifestyle for its huge positive effects.
