     There are three reasons for joining a gym that will help people to get a better life. The first reason and the most important is that going to the gym will help people maintain their physical health. Researches prove that going to the gym and doing exercise regularly may limit the chances of having diseases such as heart disease. Besides, people who go to the gym and exercise have stronger bones. As a result, they are less likely to get bone diseases. Moreover, going to the gym makes people in a good mood. When people are active during the day and exercise, they will become tired and fall asleep quickly. They will get enough sleep that makes them more comfortable and energetic. Also, researches proved that going to the gym cures depression and anxiety. Thirdly, going to the gym will help people get a healthy lifestyle, and encourage people to follow healthy habits such as drinking eight glasses of water, walking every morning, and eating healthy food. Furthermore, people who go to the gym are very eager to eat healthy food and avoid eating unhealthy food. To sum up, joining the gym will help people to improve their lives physically, mentally, and in several aspects of life.
