       There are three main reasons why joining a gym is beneficial. Firstly and most importantly, joining a gym to exercise regularly has a great effect on health. Exercising regularly can reduce the risk of developing certain diseases. In addition, it helps to control weight, so people can prevent weight gaining that usually brings health conditions. Another reason is that joining a gym allows people to be more social. Going to the gym is not only to exercise, but also to communicate with family, friends, and like-minded people in the gym. As a result, that will encourage people to exercise regularly in a fun and social way. Finally, joining a gym to exercise is more effective than outdoor exercising. There are different types of exercising such as lifting weights and strength exercises that people think if they do them in the gym, it may be more effective. Also, people can have a personal trainer that helps them to exercise perfectly. In conclusion, joining a gym has three major reasons, which are to improve health, to allow people to be more social, and to exercise effectively.
