Although people
think that joining a gym in not necessary, there are three beneficial reasons
for joining a gym. Losing weight is the first and most important reason for
joining a gym. One of the keys of losing weight in the gym is using treadmill.
Also, people join cardio classes because they burn calories. Secondly, all
people agree that their health is their wealth, so one of their reasons for
joining a gym is to be healthier. For example, they get regular exercise to
protect themselves from diseases . Moreover, they join yoga classes to relax
and stay away from depression. Lastly, although some people do not like the
gym, there are several people who think that having fun is one of the reasons
for joining a gym . For instance, they can do some of their hobbies such as
swimming. Furthermore, they can enjoy their time by joining dancing classes. To
sum up, a gym has several benefits such as losing weight, being healthier, and
having fun.
