     The number of people who live an unhealthy lifestyle is increasing significantly due to several causes. Firstly, the most obvious cause is the spread of fast food outlets. Because of the availability of junk food, people are more likely to get obese. Also, people prefer grabbing from these outlets in order to reach fast food easily; hence, that will lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. Another reason of unhealthy lifestyle is ignoring exercise. This creates a negative effect on people because they, for example, lose the ability to control weight. Consequently, not doing exercise will make people gain more weight. Lastly, unhealthy lifestyle is caused by stress. People who stressed on a daily basis often act in a way that raises their health risk. For instance, stress could develop heart diseases, diabetes, and blood pressure. In conclusion, it is clear that the growth of fast food outlets, the inactive pattern, and the stress are, currently, the reasons of unhealthy lifestyle, and this, for sure, will have negative impacts in the future.
